By submitting a listing, the listee agrees to the following conditions:
| The lister is an individual, and is not submitting a listing from any
business engaging in the sell of the items listed. |
| The lister is an adult, eighteen years of age or older, or is submitting
with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. |
| Items submitted for sell are owned by the lister, and the lister has the
legal authority to sell such items. |
| The items listed are not pornographic or do not include adult content
which would be deemed offensive or objectionable. CTV reserves the
right to refuse any listing which may seem questionable as to adult content. |
| The lister agrees to list his/her phone number, address, e-mail address,
or other valid method by which interested parties may contact the lister.
The lister, by submitting a listing, authorizes CTV and tradertvusa.com to
release such information. |
| Listings will be purged approximately every thirty (30) days from the date of posting
on the site. Items may be resubmitted as often as the lister would
like to resubmit. Please send an individual e-mail for each item
listed. There is never any charge for listings from individuals on
this site. |
| CTV and/or tradertvusa.com does not hold any knowledge as to the actual
value and/or condition of any item listed for sell, and does not function as
agent to either the seller or buyer. Both sellers (listers) and buyers
agree to hold CTV, tradertvusa.com, Com3K, Inc., and all other subsidiaries
of Com3K, Inc., blameless from any harm resulting from the sell or purchase
of any item, including but not limited to legal fees and expenses for
damages, whether actual or punitive. |
